Here is how the review confirmation works:
Amazon sends a confirmation email when your review is approved; this is when your review becomes visible to the public. Generally, this processing time is less than three days, though it can take up to 13 days. The link in this email is what we need to confirm your review.
How do I get the link?
Method 1: Copy URL from your unique review page
- Click the yellow “See your full review” button in that email. This directs you to the public page of your review.
- Copy and paste that URL into the field shown in the form on our website
Method 2: Email Forwarding (wait time)
Forward your Amazon email to reviews@getbooksreviewed.com, and we will enter the URL for you within 1-2 business days. This approach is slightly more convenient but also adds a short wait time.
Method 3: Search the book reviews for a unique keyword that is in your review text
- Go to the book’s page on Amazon and click the “ratings” link next to the stars at the top of the book
- Scroll down until you see the “See more reviews >” link and click on it
- Find a unique word in your review and type it into the search box on the left-hand side of the screen and hit the “Search” button
- If your review is live, it will show up in the search results
- Once you see your review, click on the link and then copy the URL of the page your review is on
- Paste that URL into the field shown in the form on our website, and your review will automatically be confirmed within 2 business days
