On rare occasions, members have reported that they attempted to leave a book review on a book. However, Amazon gave them the notice that “this book can not accept reviews right now” or “this account can not leave a review for this book”.
Get Books Reviewed does not have knowledge of why some books are not able to accept reviews. It could be that the author attempting to leave the review is in a very similar category. It could also be that the book has received unusual review activity, and Amazon has permanently or temporarily blocked the book from receiving reviews. There may be other unknown reasons why Amazon does this as well.
The Books Reviewed support team should issue the reviewer the base token amount of tokens for trying to leave the review, but they are not eligible to see receive bonus tokens because at the end of the day, we need a fully published review on Amazon to fully qualify for receiving tokens.
